• Fly from the USA to San Paulo; and then fly to Brasilia.

• 1.5 hour drive to Abadiania. We travel by air-conditioned van with an excellent driver who speaks a little English
• We stay at Martin & Fernanda's Pousada: It is the ONLY 5 STAR Hotel in Abadiania
• Dinner- at our Hotel from 6:00 - 8:00pm
• After dinner we meet to go the Orientation at the Casa around 7:30pm, after we return to the Hotel we can stay and speak about going to the Casa de Dom Inácio the next day: schedule, dress, water, etc. Bring your questions. If at any time you want to privately consult with Lena or Alex, let them know. They will do everything they can to tailor your trip to fit your individual needs.

• Breakfast between 6:30am and 7:30am Be ready to go to the Casa by 7:45 am. It is a 10 minute walk. Taxis are readily available for those who prefer to be driven.
• 8 am - 11nish at the Casa
• Blessed soup at the Casa
• Trip to sacrate waterfall
• 12-1pm lunch at our Hotel
• 2-4ish at the Casa
•  4-6ish—free time
• 6:00 - 8:00pm dinner
• 7:30pm optional meeting together, Q & A, sharing/support, watching DVDs relate to Spiritual Healing
• After 9pm: Sleep/Rest *

• You are encouraged to stay in Abadiania, even though there are no planned activities. People benefit by taking this time to rest, meditate at the Casa in the gardens, read, hike, get a massage, go to the waterfall, have a crystal bath treatment, schmooze with other internationals, old friends and new. Any one who has had surgery is strongly advised to rest and not tour.

• We leave Abadiania and are driven to Brasilia by van service. Back to reality we go.
